Quality Policy

The management team at Sands Security Group Ltd are totally committed to monitor and measure the quality management system and processes and continually improve. By adopting and adhering to agreed policies and systems, we will achieve this.


Sands Security Group Ltd provide security officers to a wide range of customers e.g. licensed premises and event venues throughout the South of England.


The company benchmarks itself on recommendations or the minimum equivalent laid down by the British Standards or Regulations and is able to demonstrate that the company exceeds those laid down by our industry lead bodies. 


This goal will be achieved through the following strategies:

  • It is our intention to ensure that the service provided is consistent with the customer’s specified requirements. We will continually improve our systems with the aim to enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • We will maintain and meet the requirements of BS7960, BS7858, BS7499 and BS10800, procedures laid down by the industry and British Standards.
  • We will maintain and meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and the SIA Approved Contractor Scheme
  • We will maintain a profitable operation to establish our competitive position in the market.
  • We will work in line with the private security act 2001 ensuring that all security personnel are fully trained and SIA licensed in line with the current requirements and standards.
  • We will work in line with other regulations including Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety and Disability etc.
  • Our commitment is to establish the quality policy and review our management systems. We will achieve this by setting a Smart Framework for our objectives, which will be monitored at regular intervals. The framework is as follows:


Specific – They shall be clear and understood by all.

Measurable - Clear targets will allow us to measure the progress we expect or have anticipated.

Achievable – The objectives must be reasonable and agreed so we can own them.

Realistic – Ensure we provide the resources needed (the time, money and equipment).

Time - A clear timeframe for objectives will be set so we are clear on the expectations required.
