Quality Policy

  

The Sands Security Group Ltd Security Group Ltd Quality Policy

The Sands Security Group Ltd prides itself on the delivery of service which combines traditional guarding services and door supervision services agreed with our clients.


Services are provided to our local and national clients, conforming to relevant British Standards, and delivering compliance through a Quality Management System (QMS) set out in accordance with ISO 9001:2015/Amd 1:2024 and the continued successful accreditation of ACS with the SIA.

The Sands Security Group Ltd management is fully committed to:

- Meeting requirements by ensuring that identified interested parties and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements are determined, understood, and consistently met.

- Constantly Improving the QMS by ensuring the risks and opportunities that can affect our services and the ability to enhance Client satisfaction are identified and addressed and the focus on enhancing service delivery is maintained.

- Addressing Climate Change by identifying and managing climate-related risks and opportunities that may affect our operations, service delivery, and long-term sustainability.


Ensuring that the QMS remains effective, The Sands Security Group Ltd management will:

- Promote the support of other management roles to demonstrate their leadership.

- Ensure that any resources needed for the QMS to succeed are available, including training, support, and encouragement.

- Ensure that the QMS achieves its intended results.

- Engage, direct and support persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the QMS.

- Constantly look to improve through a regular scheduled internal auditing program.

- Maintain and meet the requirements of BS7960, BS7858, BS7499 and BS10800 procedures laid down by the industry and British Standards.

- Maintain and grow partnerships with suppliers and interested parties to provide an improved service for our clients and their customers.

- Monitor and respond to climate-related issues that may impact our business operations and stakeholder requirements.


This policy will be communicated to all employees by being sent out in the next companywide newsletter and making it available via the QR codes in site folders. Employees are to co-operate and assist in implementing this policy, whilst ensuring that their own work, so far as is reasonably practicable, is carried out without risk to themselves, others, or the environment.


The Quality Policy will be made available to relevant interested parties as appropriate, or upon reasonable request.

This policy shall be reviewed annually.
